Allman, the petition claims, is "unable to manage his financial resources" due to drug addiction and mental health issues. According to the petition, Allman has $120,000 left in a trust from his late father, Greg Allman. In a petition filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, Cher said that the 47-year-old is "currently unable to manage his assets due to severe mental health and substance abuse issues." Right after the fall Four Paws, a global animal welfare organization, recommended lifting Noor Jehan with a crane, ropes and belts. The veterinarian from Egypt had then given Noor Jehan a strong chance of survival. Khalid Hashmi was removed as director of Karachi Zoo on April 8 over complaints of negligence.
